And considering Pac was fighting elite level guys like Barrera and Marquez when he was at his 5th weight class. No it wouldn't be like Hagler fighting a fringe contender at LHW.

Well let's also note that you're parallel with Hagler/Pacquiao was incorrect, and the way I explained it was correct. Second, if Mayweather wants to change the rules of boxing and impose those changes on someone ranked above him. It's going to cause delays. I would like it if Pacquiao would agree to full testing, but also admit it's his right not to. All and all, hopefully this can get sorted sooner than later.
