bigger guys who are no ****ing threath he was the favorite to win on all fights except dlh that also tells you alot pbf beat mosley somebody more competitive and better than any opponent pac has faced in his last 5 fights but if for you beating a slow ass damage fighter is impressive than i just don't know what to say but to tell you to make sure you cleans pacs **** after you suck on it

somebody tell Vanes that NOW is the time he should be talkin' ****....somebody needs to send him Sergio's twitter and let him do his thing.....Vanes, where you at?!?....I guess you dont want none of what Flaw...I mean Paul...got last nigh huh?
....Sturm and Sylvester?!?....Pirog?!?....anybody?!?....where's everybody?!? LOL.....you mean to tell me the MW champ's toughest or biggest fight would have to be with a WW or JWW?!?
....Sergio is too big for BOTH(Floyd and Manny) and would beat BOTH imo....I wish that British dude James DeGale campaigned at 160....he's the type of fighter that could beat Sergio IMO....I dont mean atm...but with a few more years under his belt and few world title fights then yea...again, I said this a while ago to....Sergio is THE MAN from 154-160....NOBODY and I mean NOBODY is touchin' him atm right there....he got those 6 pounds on lock!!

Both Serg and Pac had trouble with the size and the power until they targeted the eyes and blinded the bigger guy and you're right about pavlik having more power. It's hard to compare pac and Sergio I think Sergio is just starting to figure out that he can knock anyone out and is fighting more aggressively. I think Martinez is more smooth and rhythmic while pac is a better combination puncher, he's mastered throwing power punching combinations. Both guys have amazing foot work and crisp punching. If they're the same size it would be alot like Marquez vs Pac 2 an even war with great technique as well. At a healthy weight for Martinez though Martinez by KO.
if they were the same size, i would give the edge to martinez because of his offensive & defensive skill set... i think it would be war that both fighters would engage, but i wonder how conditioning would play out... if sergio was at 147, it would be heaven.... i just wonder who would be good for his next fight at MW.

real talk: floyd & pac faced weak opposition.... cotto SHOULDVE been more competitive... shane SHOULDVE been more competitive... but it became clear that they were both GBP & top rank sacrifices...
i was one of the people who saw a possible upset with shane, but he proved he REALLY was faded... if floyd wasnt enough evidence, MORA definitely was.
im with you on sergio being top dog... he EARNED it...
were both younger. Shane hasn't had ANY success with techincal
boxers in his whole career. Even Cotto was able to box Mosley.
I agree that Floyd should come back and fight if he wants the
respect in the sport that he is asking for now. BUT the reality
of it is, Floyd never got much respect from people in the sport
because he is too good and they think his fights are not competitive.
Would be a dream come true if Floyd fights Pac and Sergio in
2011.

1. Pac is still P4P #1. until Martinez goes up and consistantly dominates bigger men...that wont change.
2. Yes Martinez is too big for Manny. Manny was 148 for margarito....the same exact size when he fought diaz at LW and only 3-4lbs bigger than he was when he fought Marquez and Morales at 130. So yes Martinez is right when he feels it will be a mismatch because he will hold a huge size advantage.
3. The only guy from the lower classes who would even think about stepping in the ring with Martinez is Pacquiao. Maybe not next fight...but if there was ever a fighter with the balls to do it, it's Manny. So Floyf fans pleas cut the bull****.
4. Floyd wont face Martinez for the same reasons he didn't want to face Stevie Johnston. A southpaw with great movement and boxing ability, that isn't that big of a draw. Sorry to bust your bubble but that fight won't happen so please get outta fantasy land. There is zero chance Floyd faces Martinez and a slightly small chance Manny will (not now but maybe in a few fights...although I doubt it).
5. I have always stated that I felt Martinez would KO Manny and beat Floyd via wide 10-2 type of decision. He might even stop Floyd as well....but I feel he would more likely stop Manny because Manny will try to get in his kitchen and actually fight him. Again....Manny would be the only one ballsey enough to step in the ring with him, which win or lose.....Manny would still increase his legacy by taking on this fight.
Last reply...as I'll let you guys have your little fun. Kinda pathetic hat you guys are using Martinez as a way to discredit Pac. His win has nothing to do with Manny and much respect to Marivila for his performace tonight. What that has to do with Pac is beyond me....but I'm never surprised at how much Floyd fans reach.

To be fair, Martinez did say Pacquiao could beat Floyd. He shouldn't totally rule out a fight with Pacquiao because then that will give Pac an excuse to go after a tailor made title holder like Sturm for a ninth title and his fans will claim he's the GOAT.
