  • Sergio KOs Manny if they fought at a healthy weight above 154. Sergio would oblige Pacquiao to go toe-to-toe, Manny always says he loves that, but it would favor Sexy because of the size disparity. Pac has a solid chin, he already showed that when he was eating up Cotto and Margs punches, but i doubt it would hold against the bombs Sexy will be throwing in there.

But if they were at the same size, let's say when Sexy was still at 147, I favor Pac all the way, KO or UD, Pac wins it.

Floyd Jr. vs. Sergio at 154 would be great. I favor Floyd Jr. to win an SD. Sexy will be forced to be the aggressor and Floyd Jr. would be doing his thing, potshotting and slipping in punches when ever he sees a slight lag in defense.

BTW, I don't know who's best between Floyd and Pac at 154.. Floyd who had fought and won a world title at JMW, or Pac who had fought and won a JMW world title by beating a natural full JMW fighter while he was fighting in just mid-WW. Well, martinez wanted Floyd because he is a natural JMW, unlike Pac who doesn't, and I admire Martinez for that! However, this simply won't gonna happen because Floyd is such a coward! A midget at WW would first will step on Martinez plate before Floyd does is likely the closer scenario here. BTW, USADA drug test is a thing of the past and still you are talking history. Pac camp has agreed to the term of of Floyd on this issue in the second negotiation and Floyd didn't say anyhing as an excuse of not wanting it because he is exposed as coward, he's just using this to torpedoe the first negotiation not to happen..

Cosign. Pac should stay at 147 and martinez at 160! Oh, wait.. Floyd? well, stay away from boxing while the real threat to his "0 loss record" are still around. Wait until such time they hang their globes before resurfacing.
Come on man. Manny Pacquiao didn't even want no parts of
Shane Mosley at WW, who was the man to beat and Floyd beat
him to become the #1 WW. Eventhough Pac has been fighting
there more than Floyd, Floyd one win still bested Pac's 3 wins
at 147. Do you really think Pac would fight a bigger Martinez
when Roach and Pac didn't even want no parts of Shane?

That match was classic both getting off. In the rematch Sergio
destroyed Williams. Skill wise, Martinez is more technically sound
and that shouldn't even be debated. Pac is a very good fighter
but inorder for me to say he is better than a guy like Martinez,
he has to fight someone that actually has a chance to beat him.
Martinez beat a bigger stronger Kelly Pavlik and Paul Williams.
Dude is a beast. Best fighter in the sport of boxing as far as I
        am concerned.
        IMO, pac/margs = sergio/pavlik

slaughterhouse, technically sound offensive fighter VS plodding volume power puncher.... only difference is kelly had 1-punch KO power. margs was never a KO artist.

people need a reality check. floyd can make 147, so can pac, COMPETITIVE... sergio can make 156, WAAAAY too big for pac, NOT COMPETITIVE.... BUT 156 is possible with floyd, so the choice is clear.... this is not a reflection of who is more skilled, it is a question of physicality....

        • Sergio was saying no body could beat pac the other day. Now he beats PW he is showing off, and trying to backtrack.

Pacs win over Hatton was better because he was threatening the ko from the outset with hatton going down easily many times.
Sergio just found one lucky punch out of no where.

I never considered Mosley and Williams as slick fighters eventhough
their black. Mosley is more trained in the Mexican style of fighting
being that he sparred with alot of them. Williams has always been
blocking punches with his face. I think Williams can still be a very
good fighter and a threat if he just fought tall and used his obvious
advantages. Mayweather is the slickest they come in regards to
a African American fighter in Boxing.

            • martinez is using the size advantage as an excuse to duck manny.......lol

he prefers to fight the atg ducker.......

seriously, sergio has no business talking a fight with manny or floyd. i wont respect him as a fighter calling smaller fighters. he better challenge an opponent of his own size or bigger.

let manny and floyd fight each other...

              • why sergio say this on manny? why he make insult on manny?

                i hate argentiniers.

No way. Pavlik has the power to end a fight in one punch while
Margarito doesn't. don't know about now but last time Floyd
fought at Jr middle weight was against Oscar and he only weighed
148 on fight night. Maybe he is heavier now that he has gotten
                  a lil older.

He found one lucky punch out of nowhere? lol

Sergioi was hitting PWill cleanly with that left-hook right from the start of the fight. Unfortunatley for PWill, he wasn't intelligent enough to adjust and paid the price.

Martinez beats Pacman any day of the week.
