He needs to move back down to 154, and stay there. For all the complaining people do about the guy not fighting people his size, he is too light and has too little muscle to be fighting at 160. Not to mention the effect of constantly jumping around in weight, which ruined Roy Jones chin and may have done the same to Williams, or will if he continues to do it.
