In our days,black fighters are mostly used by foreign fighters to mope the canevas (shout out to Chambers,Jacobs and Peterson),not really dominating boxing.
Black fighters used to dominate boxing,but not right now,it explains all this bitterness and jealousy from black fans.

Bernard Hopkins ='s another guy with a "persecution" complex (which only exists in his head). Funny how the most talented black fighter in the world has been a welterweight since 2005, when Manny just became a welterweight when? Do the math and you'll see how unfair the expectations are when you compare the amount of time each guy has been at 147. Mayweather spends more time tweeting than fighting guys like Martinez or Paul Williams - and when you criticize him - he's quick to pull the race card...LAME.

If team Pac "selects" the fighter based on fan base and draw, why did they "pick" Clottey?

At the end of the day if people think Floyd's a coward and is "scared", then using that SAME LOGIC Pac "ducked" Mosley from 141-147 ("manny weight") like a "scared" bytch. No lie. Mosley was "too good" he was too slick, too fast, too powerful.... lol They fought a punching bag in Clottey and a more "exciting" punching bag in Margarito who's only been busted for cheating in the past year.... disgraceful.

you know there's always gonna be one or two top fighters that the current hot fighter of the day hasn't faced. For instance flyd never faced Kostya Tzu at 140lbs and a handful of good welterweights who were beating each other up. In the case of Manny, i feel he should have waited to fight Nate Campbell, the recognized light weight champ after he beat Juan Diaz. After that ther're weren't many top black fighters out there anyway besides Paul Williams maybe.
