Hopkins only saying what people think....

If team Pac "selects" the fighter based on fan base and draw, why did they "pick" Clottey?

At the end of the day if people think Floyd's a coward and is "scared", then using that SAME LOGIC Pac "ducked" Mosley from 141-147 ("manny weight") like a "scared" bytch. No lie. Mosley was "too good" he was too slick, too fast, too powerful.... lol They fought a punching bag in Clottey and a more "exciting" punching bag in Margarito who's only been busted for cheating in the past year.... disgraceful.

Mayweather's ONE and only fight vs then #1 147lber, trumps Pac's last two. EASILY. Hell his "fight" in court will trump the CLottey fight. lol At least it will be more competative.

they picked clottey because arum makes money off clottey's side too.

that means arum can pay pac more than if he was fighting a non-top rank fighter who is the same level draw.

What black fighters do they want him to fight? Mayweather is the obvious one and that's the fight everyone wants to see. If we're talking guys like Berto, Alexander, Mosley, Bradley, Judah, Peterson...he kills all of them.

Paul Williams is the name everyone brings up, but without bias against Pacquiao, who realistically thinks that fight will ever happen?

It's amazing though that now Pacquiao is the target of "not fighting certain guys". Looks like he's officially made it!

they were ranked and were champions.

clottey was a top 5 welterweight , julio was a 2-time former champion , agapito was highly ranked and was a champion at the time , ledwaba was the #2 or #1 at 122 when pac fought him. that's how pac got his belt and how pac became ranked at 122 by beating him.

Clottey can't even sell as much as Bradley or Alexander.
I think the winner of Bradley/Alexander would be a good
match for Pac considering that it would be for some
supremecy at 140 where Manny once held down the
#1 spot. The way Bob Arum is selling fights with Pac
nowadays. I'm sure he could sell a fight with the young
guns in the 140 division. Also, using the "money" excuse
for Pac is the same thing Floyd was doing and people
called it "Ducking" but when it comes to Pac, it is supposed
to be a smart business move money wise?

The fact that Floyd ONLY fought ONCE this year and it was more meaningful and legit than the past two disgraceful "fights" Pac has had this year speaks for itself.
