I thin the "second" negotiations were very official. The president of HBO came out and stated that he talked to haymon. Greenburgh wouldn't go against his biggest earner for nothing.

So what if manny doesn't want to give blood. I have tats and it's nothing like giving blood. Even the doc's say it's not worth it to give blood close to a fight. They're only going to throw 1000 punches, why not have a big ass bruise in the crook of you elbow as well.

1000s of athletes take OST , some the day before rewriting history ,, gimme a break , does Manny fall into a weak nauseas heap when he is cut early in a fight , why dont he just say no mass , Im bleeding more than I would in a blood test Im going to fall over , you guys put forward the most lame kid excuses , Manny is a fighter and you swallow taking a tiny bit of blood will make him weak , thats a crock .

Bottom line there is no moral , logical or sensible reason to avoid a test that the opponent must also take that is designed solely to stop cheating .

there's no question on why floyd doesn't want the fight with pac.. he is simply scared of losing because he is pretty damn sure that pac is well-capable of delivering that loss to his record. the first negotiation he was so lucky enough of capitalizing pac's superstition that drawing blood for tests closer to the fight would physically drain him, and floyd made it, and he got away with that fight! but the second negotiation, floyd simply doesn't have any excuse for another way-out after pac agreed to all floyd's demand, after pac apparently realized and conditioned his mind that drawing blood even closer to the fight will not drain him afterall. floyd is simply check-mated hence speechless!

He has agreed to a 7 day cutoff. I'm sure there would be no reason for usada to go that far. They would probably cut off at the same point they cut off for Mosley/Mayweather

A 1-3 day cutoff for the very reason that you have outlined, is acceptable.

Insisting upon a 24-day cutoff for a raft of ridiculous reasons, is completely unacceptable, and su****ious.

2.) The second round of negotiations

Bull****.

Bob Arum publicly stated on numerous occasions (I could find you a half dozen links at least, just from boxingscene.com) that he personally negotiated a deal with GBP, who forwarded it to Mayweather for approval. Then he placed a two week " deadline " on the table, even going to the trouble of putting a count-down timer on the Top Rank website.....

Back in January, during the only official negotiation.....
Mayweather gave away the farm by agreeing to 50/50, then also agreed to pay Manny $10mil per pound if he came in overweight.....

Manny personally used 3 different excuses himself in one interview with Brian Kenny, so which of the 6 excuses (total) given by Team Pac, do you accept as being a valid reason for Manny to duck that fight ?

Sorry man, that was Ellerby that said that, not Haymon. Also ODH himself was on TV saying a deal was close and also Schaefer publicly talked about a gag order. So they did acknowledge something was going on. So did Floyd in his Ustream rant. So did both Roger and Sr in fighthype interviews.

HBO is full of *******s and Greenburg is the ring leader. He wants to alienate the guy who's brought in 900K-1.4 mil buys the last few years and destroy the most lucrative fight in combat sports history.

What does he gain by lying exactly?

Of course if he said "the fight isn't happening because Manny refused OST", then you'd be treating his word as if it were Gospel, divine word from the Boxing Gods.
