Nobody denies that Arum publicly stated on numerous occasions that he personally negotiated a deal with GBP, who forwarded it to Mayweather for approval. Then he placed a two week " deadline " on the table, even going to the trouble of putting a count-down timer on the Top Rank website.....

Take note these are real deal welterweights has a chance of beating him back then not someone like Hatton and JMM who forced to moved up at welterweight. He avoided these guys so whats make you think he will not do the same to Pacquiao?

Mosley wanted to go back down to the welterweight division he once dominated after the first fight, but the rematch kept him at junior middleweight (Fernando Vargas). Now, he intends to go back to 147 pounds.

Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.

a bunch of wounded Ho's! Manny and Floyd can still make this fight
happen if they want to. To put on the blame on Floyd for not making
the fight with Pac happen, just shows how many Manny fan boys are
on here because clearly he dropped the ball the first time around
because of the random blood tests. The second time around Floyd
should have just told the world that Arum was full of **** instead of
letting the serade go on for that long. Both these *******s are
responsible for jerking us around. Only fan boys will see it different
in favor of one then the other.
