Not true. Floyd doesn't care about the testing at all.

When Manny signed to fight Margarito, Floyd said that he was going to get Pac in the ring and beat him bad and teach him a lesson.

Notice how he didn't mention the drug testing?

Floyd mentions the drug testing when Pac isn't signed to fight.

When Pac signs, Floyd suddenly doesn't care about it, gives all the macho talk, and says how he's going to beat Pac down.

That inconsistency speaks volumes.
