Well said Roach. Manny has bent to several of Floyd's demands. Most of which went way beyond the specified rules and regulations set out by the governing bodies and commissions. Thats why Floyd has consistently shown he cant be considered one of the best fighters of all time. Great fighters just fight and not make so many demands to get a fight made. Everything has to be just right before floyd fights in the ring for himself.

The only way I would have believed Floyd ducked Manny, is if
Manny agreed to the random blood tests and then Floyd backed
out, BUT it didn't happen like that. Rather Floyd agreed to everything

After the Shane fight, Floyd made it clear that he will retire for 2 years. Meaning that he will not fight anyone including Pacquiao.
