of the matter is that during any ngotiations for a huge mega fight, the 2 parties involved will balk at eachothers demands....everyone wants either a monetary advantage, equipment advantage or some other type(mental) advantage....
Yes Manny balked initially during the 1st round of negotiations, yet came back and more than accepted fmj's demands with a 7 day cutoff.....
yet lil jr balked.....both of their faults i guess. so no need to blame only one fighter

Actually, Manny's on camera claiming he agreed to full testing with no cut-off dates. Koncsz gets on camera and claims otherwise. Who are they trying to fool with their hot potato game? Not the real fans?
