Except that it's mandatory for the Pirates to undergo whatever MLB testing is required, Pac on the other hand doesn't need to do OST drug testing if he doesn't want to. He's got every right to decline OST drug testing as much as Floyd demands it. OST is not required by default.

Thats right Manny has , and just to rub salt into the wound Manny could fight a cheat for a CW belt in Texas where there is no testing , that will go great in the legacy debates to come ,,, and while selling the world the El Cheato fight , Manny decided not tell anybody that they accepted full testing untill today , even though TEAM Pac states that they did not accept full testing at the time , and 24/7 would have been filmed weeks ago ,,, so why come out with it now , look at the publicity about not accepting testing thats why they are coming with it now , because now they do accept it hopefully ,,, Manny must comply to testing he cant walk away its really gone too far for that , I think the fight will happen and the money will be the main issue once testing is put to bed .
