manny pacquiao is retiring after this margarito fight, and imo never had any real interest in fighting mayweather. If you can't agree to a random blood/urine test absent of a cutoff date, and that was all that was asked of from your opponent then those actions speak for itself. It's a shame, because sports like rugby, fifa soccer, cycling, tennis, mlb already test, and soon american football will be following the code per the collective bargaining agreement next spring. Boxing is barley remaining relevant as a sport now, and has turned into a juvenile popularity contest amongst men, instead of progressing like the rest of professional sports.

Boxing needs to grow up.

I think Arum and Roach work well together. The NEW Sigfried
and Roy with all these smoke and mirror illusions. Manny could
have took the fight when the first negotiations first were on the
table but he didn't, meaning he ducked out of the fight. It's funny
how Manny's fans will say "Why does Pac have to agree to the tests
for? Floyd is not the commission". BUT then say he ducked Pac?
How is that possible? Pac didn't want to take the tests "RANDOMLY"
for some strange reason and never got a clear and solidified
reason. The second negotiations were just put together to
take the heat off of Manny for not agreeing to the tests the
first time. It's funny that each time Arum was negotiating with
team Mayweather, he always had a plan B? He mentioned Pac
fighting Margarito before the second "SUPPOSEDLY" Mayweather/Pac
negotaitions happened. Arum hates Mayweather and Arum knows
no matter how much slick talk about Mayweather he KNOWS Floyd
has a very positive chance at shutting Manny down. From seeing
how Arum operates and how greedy he is with the inhouse BS. It's
hard to believe that he ever wanted to break bread with Floyd and
Oscar over at Golden Boy "Arum's rivals". The only thing I have been
seeing is that Team Pacquiao has been mentioned Mayweather's
name for a good while now. Margarito is his opponent.

IMO I THINK WHEN FLOYD FIRST REQUESTED THE OST THE PACMAN CAMP WAS CAUGHT OFF GUARD AND DID NOT KNOW HOW LONG WOULD BE NEEDED TO CLEAN UP HIS SYSTEM THAT WAS PROBABLY THE REASON FOR THE COMPROMISE IN DAYS. ONCE HE WAS CLEAN HE STARTED TO ACCEPT THE OST AND COME OUT IN THE MEDIA. BEFORE HE STUCK TO HIS MAYWEATHER IS NOT THE GOVERNING BODIES BS. HOWEVER FOR THE SAKE OF HIS FANS HE COMPROMISED TO GET THE FIGHT DONE. MY ONLY QUESTION IS WHEN DOES HE WANNA FIGHT MAYWEATHER? CLOTTEY SEEMED TO BE SIGNED IMMEDIATELY AND ALSO MARGARITO WAS GUARANTEED A FIGHT AND NOV. 13 IS COMING SO WE KNOW THAT THAT WAS NOT A RUMOR ANYMORE. JUST MY OPINION THOUGH

manny will never fight with out the help of his p.e.d. juice....otherwise we would have already seen the fight. pac is holding up the biggest fight in the world because he is NOT confident in his NATURAL abilities, therefore, he's cool with fight in-house overrated or shot to **** names(clottey, margarito...etc.)
