Calzaghe's pwnage of Peter the contender Manfredo is legendary.

      (all prime)
If Joe would've fought Jones and Hopkins in their prime, he'd have a better argument.

Not only this, Joe clearly ducked Froch and retired rather than face him which makes it even worse.

In summary, Froch shits all over Calzaghe.

There's another one that's even better than that.

He's cool, and I liked the way he emasculated those overrated American HBO hypejobs (hopkins and Jones)..

But Froch exudes much more manliness than he does.

          Froch=Real Man™

          Calzaghe=part Real Man™/part Welsh fraud.

Wrong in the first one. I Picked Pac in 8 wich was wrong anyways thanks to Hattons machismo.Cotto-Pacquiao Cotto was suppiose to win, but got beat by the greates. Cotto-Margarito after the plaster kicked in, forget about it.

              AS IF!!!!

That is a purely subjective viewpoint and you know it. I fancy Froch would impose his self on Calzaghe and k.o him.

Just because you find him moar aesthetically pleasing doesn't make him a better fighter.

You couldn't qualify that if you wanted to.

Cotto is "theoretically" more "skilled" than Tony, but Tony made him his bitch and forced him to quit on his knees like a heartless **********.

Give Margarito credit for being a badass or I'll stop you from ever posting on this site again.

Agree with me that Margarito is better than Cotto and beats him no matter when they fight because he is mas macho.

Admit that Cotto can't deal with big strong Mexicans that put pressure on him and admit that Cotto is a quitter.

If you don't agree to my terms, I'll end you.

Froch: Abraham, Dirrell, Kessler, Taylor, Jean Pascal, Jermain Taylor, Reid

Are you kidding? So Taylor and Kessler were in their primes were they? Robin Ried was in his prime huh? I could have sworn Kessler retired straight after and had been looking old and not nearly the fighter of four/five years previous. I also could have sworn that Taylor had been knocked out, hadn't won a fight in ages, got knocked out again straight after and also retired. I also could have sworn that Calzaghe had fought a prime Reid nearly ten years before the shot version of Reid.

Those guys while younger, were not on the same level as Hopkins. Jones was shot, but BHop was still at the top and, most importantly, went on to have one of his greatest career performances afterward and has kept winning. He was old, but not even close to being shot. I can't think of two fighters that would have beaten Hop that night. Maybe Dawson?

But, with Hopkins, since Taylor at MW. His only loss has been to Calzaghe and in that time he has beaten Winky Wright, Roy Jones, Antonio Tarver, Kelly Pavlik, and Enrique Ornelas. His only from 2005 to 2010 being to Calzaghe with a bunch of other HOF wins in the meantime. He's not shot. It's why people are still giving him a huge chance at beating Pascal. What if he does beat Pascal? Will you still say he was shot when he fought Calzaghe three years earlier but then went on to find his prime again and beat two great young champs? I actually heard that as an excuse after he beat Pavlik. People said he found his prime again but was shot against Calzaghe.

Also, Froch lost to Kessler. If you lose a fight, it shouldn't be included on your resume as making you better than someone else. He hasn't even fought Abraham yet so we don't know what's going on there. Maybe you're just taking the piss, calling everyone on Froch's prime and just spouting old for the big names on Calzaghe's.

More importantly though, you may look only at the big names, or only the ones you know about on Calzaghe's resume, but he does have a lot of other good names that people have forgotten. I'm certainly not saying his resume is amazing or anything, but don't be daft. It's makes Froch's look amateur and always will.

                      It looks like this:
                      Calzaghe: The Champions
Hopkins (old, but not shot and was still great)
                      Kessler
                      Jones (shot)
                      Eubanks
                      Lacy
                      Sakio Bika
                      Charles Brewer: IBF SMW champ
                      Robin Reid: WBC SMW champ
                      Richie Woodhall: WBC SMW champ
Byron Mitchell: 2 time WBA SMW champ
The Top Contenders and other title holders like IBO etc or Interim champs
Omar Sheika 20-1 just come off big wins over Simon Brown and Glen Johnson
                      Mario Veit 30-0
                      Luciano Torres 45-2
                      Juan Carlos Ferrera 51-8
                      David Starie 22-1
                      Mark Delaney 21-0
                      Evans Ashira 24-1
                      etc.

                      Froch: The champs
                      Jean Pascal
                      Jermain Taylor (shot)
                      Robin Reid (shot)
                      The Contenders
                      Andre Dirrell 18-0
                      Brian Magee 25-2
                      Sergey Tatevosyan 26-7
                      Henry Porras 30-4
