Margarito, in his entire career has never been scared to fight anybody- that's what his career is built on. He fights the tough fights nobody wants (Williams,Clottey,Santos,Martinez.. anyone he can get) and then begs for fights with the big names.. but they always turned him down because he was too big of a risk with too small of a payday.

If shane didn't expose him, he would probably still be the top welterweight right now- before Manny got to him. And floyd would be in the mix, but I don't think Floyd would fight Margarito in a million years- he's never foought someone with the pressure, size, strength and relentlessness of margarito.

Margarito could probably beat floyd in a decision on activity alone- regardless of how many he lands and would not get hurt for a second.
