Well, the first negotiation fell apart completely because Pac refused to participate in the drug testing. Everything else was agreed upon. The second one could have been because Mayweather was ducking, or because Pac didn't want to be tested without cutoff.

The funny thing is, you guys think I'm a ***** that cares about Floyd. I don't give a **** about Floyd. He's a complete *******. I'm not a mind reader. I have no idea what his real motivation behind asking for the testing was. The only thing I know is Pac had a decision to make and I wasn't happy with it.

I don't see this as a Pac vs Floyd issue. I see this as a Pac vs drug testing issue. He's coming out on the losing side.

Your not a scientist nor a PED expert but you make claims that Pac is on something over what proof.. Again what proof? NONE.. The only evidence you and all the other nimrods have til this day are just a mere speculation..

Pac has passed every single test since setting foot in the U.S. No evidence of his juicing has been released, no one from his camp has open up providing proof... These same test that Pac have passed have caught fighters in the past cheating..

Now you want to sit here and continue to argue and say Pac is on something WELL PROVE IT.. Thats all.. But again you cant cause your NOT A PED expert....

You just have a naive attitude. No, I have no evidence Pac is doping. The only thing that made me su****ious of him was him refusing to take part in drug testing without a single good reason. I mean, what is that other than su****ious?

I'm not a PED expert. I never claimed to be a PED expert, but I know that WADA is an expert. WADA has a test. Mayweather asked Pac to take it, and he refused to take it without special leniencies. As far as I'm concerned, he threw himself under the buss on the drug issue. All he had to do was agree to do it, and it never would have been talked about or debated, and barely even mentioned by anyone.

As for his history, Pac has shown he can pass the NSAC testing, and that is all. Their testing is not as good as Olympic testing. I'm not sure how you can debate that. Put it this way, if they made the testing worse, pretty much everyone would pass. Would that mean they're all clean?

What you're saying is Pac can pass an inferior test, so why bother with a better one? I hope you don't want your car tested that way before you buy it.

2. Manny Pacquiao has lied about testing

3. Manny Pacquiao hasn't been able to conjure up a good reason why he wants a cutoff.

So instead they want to dissect USADA protocol, they want to talk about Floyd's personal issues, they want to attack other posters. Sorry girls...it doesn't change 1, 2, and 3. But keep trying.

Kind of weird that once Mayweather's name is gone, it's no longer being mentioned. Or Pacquiao's for that matter.
