If it was Mayweather vs Margarito, would you call it a cherrypick?

Margarito's the type of guy that would give Floyd the fight of his life. We all know the key to beating Mayweather is nonstop pressure, and who else fights as strongly and as relentlessly as Margarito?

Margarito has taken more damage in single rounds than mayweather has dealt in entire fights. Do you think he's gonna slow Margarito down at all? Do you think Margarito is gonna show any respect for him whatsoever? I seriously doubt it.. Margarito is gonna keep walking through and walking through and walking through until floyd's in a position he's never been in before.

Floyd usually intimidates guys from attacking because of his counters and his quickness, but Margarito would eat all that up and not back down for a second.

Regardless of who wins between Pac and Marg, I don't think Floyd is coming back because he's going to have to face one of them, and they both have the tools to beat him- Margarito more-so than Pacquiao.

Floyd would use spoiling tactics and get by on points.

One thing is for sure, Floyd would need to have his track shoes laced up nice and tight.

Where do you have the idea that constant pressure is the key to beating Floyd Mayweather? Everytime someone has tried to use constant pressure they have lost. This is a serious question. And yes, i would call it a cherry pick, because he would have picked someone who was far from the best option available.

Mosley outboxed him, Mayweather will do the same. I love how pressure is always the gameplan with Mayweather's opponents but never seems works out. If you think Mayweather can't handle nonstop pressure, I suggest you watch the Jesus Chavez fight.

Oh you're right.. the key to beating mayweather is to outbox him. Get real.

Guys have failed because they didn't put enough pressure or gave up halfway because Mayweather countered them too much.

Mayweather lost in the Amatuers from pressure. Mayweather Lost to Castillo from pressure. Hatton gave him trouble with pressure, but the ref kept breaking them up when Hatton got in close and reset the action for mayweather- he didn't let Hatton fight his fight AT ALL. Oscar gave him some trouble with pressure, but he didn't jab or press the action enough.

Margarito is not any of those guys. Which is one of the reasons Mayweather won't fight him.

So other than outboxing, having non stop pressure are the only styles in boxing? Firstly Mayweather didn't loose to Castillo but whatever. Hatton didn't really give him trouble and how did the give up? the reason he got KO'd was because he did exactly the opposite of giving up, and Mayweather beat Hatton on the inside when they fought inside. LOL @ Oscar giving him trouble.

As for Margarito not being any of those guys, i think the Castillo that Mayweather fought at 135 was a tougher fight than Margarito would be now at 147, i don't think it would be much tougher than Hatton at 147 and Oscar at 154.
