They have bent as far as they're going to bend. To expect either of them to offer Haye more than 50% of the purse is ridiculous. No one in their position would do that. Haye clearly just doesn't want to fight them yet, and whether he genuinely plans to ever fight them is extremely moot.

The Klits RUN the HW whether people like it or not. So Haye asking for 50/50 is ridiculous. If he wants, he can take on one of them and IF he wins, then he can claim whatever he wants

Haye isn't asking for 50/50. He was offered 50/50 and turned it down. He is asking for much more than 50%.

like it or not money is the issue & for all the klit fans who said they are bigger draws well their manager just said hayes ppv money will be vastly more then what his clients can make for rtl...I say too bad! Hate owns the WBA belt so if they want it they must accept the fact that a 50/50 gate & purse split is all they are getting...chicken? Maybe but he is entitled to keep his British $$$.he is the champion of the WBA...haye can generate more money & they want a piece of HIS pie...it must piss them off that hayes said this from the beginning...LOL!

Haye was offered 50/50 and turned it down.

The reason Sky pay more than RTL for this fight is that Sky is PPV whereas RTL is free to air. That means well over 20 million German fans will be able to watch the fight, whereas only 1-3 million (absolute maximum) British fans will be able to watch it. The Klitschkos should be applauded for refusing to go down the PPV route, which has made boxing a niche sport in most countries. In Germany, it's still a mainstream sport, in large part because their fights are free to air. The PPV for Haye vs. either Klitschko will destroy all previous British PPV records. A very large proportion of the revenue will be down to the fact that Haye is fighting a Klitschko. To say that they shouldn't get a percentage of the PPV that they help to generate is ridiculous. And to say that the lineal champion, with 11 successful defences, almost all against top 10 opponents, should be paid less than a paper title holder who has only fought one top 10 opponent and only barely beat him in one of the most unimpressive title fights in Heavyweight history, is just laughable.

Haye has done extremely well to get into a position where he can be offered 50/50 with no rematch clauses despite having a very questionable Heavyweight resume. If he had any genuine desire to fight them, he would accept the deal. He won't get a better offer, and he won't make nearly as much fighting anyone else.

with that said, I do think 50/50 is a fair deal for everyone, both a Klit and Haye
Taking into consideration who these guys are, Haye, Adamek, Valuev, etc.and what they have done in their sorry excuse for careers, it is normal and reaonsable for a champion to have as much as an 80-20 split, maybe n extremity a 75-25 split. These guidelines are laid down by the governing bodies themselves.

So, consideing how nnice and helpful the Klitschkos are to everyone it is pure malicious slander to say differently.

I all began last year when Haye, badly pressured by the public about his cowardice, concocted this canard, and it has been grabbed by a couple of others for thei own needs.

Needless to say it is all Hayedung, hatched from his fertile, and still undamaged mind.
