A lot of them do that when they are hurt, but just differently. It's
a way of saying, "big deal, give me some more, I can take it." Some
drop their hands suddenly and do a Roy Jones. They swing one hand
wildly in a 360 and taunt their opponents like crazy. You get
annoyed if you're not a fan. If you're not a fan of both, you tend
to root for his opponent.

^^^^this. I never minded either, it's just what they do to admit, 'okay I got hit.' With Pac it's a little different, cuz it seems like he's saying, 'okay i got hit, lets fight!' Floyd just smiles, like 'okay you got me.' I don't see either as arrogance, more like acknowledgment, it's not like there doing a ***embe Mutombo finger wag.
