another jones hater...Who could he have fought at 175 besides the people that were over seas?? He beat Hopkins at 160, Toney at 168, people are never satisfied, he even did something that Holyfield, Golota, and many others couldnt and thats blow out Ruiz with ease. And if his chin is as bad as some say then beating Ruiz is very impressive, he is a decent puncher. Much harder than Tarver or Johnson IMO

Younger than Tarver. But old enough for his reflexes to of diminished (you know, the reflexes that he solely relied on all his career).

pretty much the same as the first fight.........and to land some big bombs in the first rounds, just to let tarver know/feel that jones is no longer a spent force.

you don't believe he could pull this one off, do you? odds are against him but to a few (and that includes me), i think he's still got some of those reflexes you mentioned and that will be enough for him to win against tarver. i hope im right. this is his last chance if he loses, retirement should be his next step and he should just concentrate on doing anchor for big fights (he's doing good anyway).

Jones needs to change his style as Ali did with his comeback in 70. The speed, more legs than anything are not as they once were and Jones needs to curb his reliance of bobing & weaving and BLOCK. He needs to learn to block, keep his hands up....at least while punches are being throw. When G Johnson was throwing all those punches rather than block jones thought he could out weave while one the ropes??!?!?!

I would love to see Roy Jones dance like Sugar Ray Leonard.

As a matter of fact, I'd like to see Tyson dance around the ring like Ray Leonard also.
