Well he had 3 fights then fought Aguilera who had knocked Maskaev in 1 round. The thing is im not trying to make excuses i am not even a big fan of Wlad more a fan of Chisora but he is fighting a lot which is good he was injured this year but still fought 3 times.. the opposition at HW is horrible

Apart from Haye i really don't see a good fighter at HW other then the Klitschkos

Knocking out Maskaev especially that version of Maskaev is not really a big deal. Peter just fought a bunch of bums and tomato cans. Nagy is not even a journeyman he is a club fighter

That is why Tarver said if he can't beat Nagy then there is no reason to continue. And, Tarver is a career LHW and Peter is a career HW. So you know they type of opponent Nagy is. Again not impressed.

That version of Peter was garbage, the fight ******. Just no credit.

And, I disagree Boytsov and Adamek IMO are just as good as Haye. Maybe even Povetkin too. However, I would say Haye punches harder than all of them. But, all 4 of them are just as good equally.

Chambers was/is highly ranked but Peter wasn't.

Peter might have been ranked by the crooked, corrupt, garbage ass sanctioning bodies. But, by respectable rankings like boxingscene or the ring Peter wasn't any close to the rankings and rightfully.
