He didn't. They wanted the fight in Germany, and Jones wasn't ****** enough to take it. No ducking involved there. Dariusz would have been a tough fight at the time, but I don't think Roy ducked him what so ever. They should have fought on neutral soil. Regardless, Roy would have easily outpointed him, or even possibly stopped Dariusz, so it's really a moot point.

Agreed. I think Dariusz would've been tough as well, particularly in 1997-1999. But Jones was an animal back then. Furthermore, it's ludicrous to think the man considered the world's best fighter should fight on someone else's terms. That's just not ducking where I'm from but what do I know?
