well i guess some people even with video evidence refuse to acknowledge what really happened in a fight. i think it just shows how biased most boxing fans are and nothing will ever change their mind no matter what.

you would think showing clear as day video evidence of someone out landing someone else with good clean punches for 7 rounds would make them realize it was a bad decision but nope they refuse to admit it out of ignorance, love for calzaghe or hate for hopkins/america whatever it is.

The majority of BHOP's fights are ugly because in America they let him cheat. Let's see if BHOP gets away with cheating against Pascal. Because some boxing fans must be high on some bad drugs because they magically think excessively clinching and headbutting is not against the rules. They must be on some terrible drugs because they think that excessively clinching is very exciting, they think clinching more then throwing punches is so exciting!

No wonder why MMA has a huge American fan-base, because Americans not only like cheaters but boring clinch-fests.

we know calzaghe "won" but did he deserve to win? no. these videos break down at least 7 rounds that hopkins should have won. it's hard to argue that calzaghe won the fight when hopkins out landed him big time and calzaghe barely landed anything in those 7 rounds. what you think happened didn't really happen.

if you notice the people who think calzaghe won are super emotional and always spouting nonsense about how hopkins cheated or faked low blows. they never have anything of substance to back up calzaghe's "win" the people who think hopkins won have video evidence that shows him landing crisp clean punches while making calzaghe miss almost everything.

when you target a 43 year old man who has to hold cause he's so old and faded it's not gonna make for a good fight. he could have fought pavlik or dawson but instead he got retired by the oldest man in boxing.

that must have been such a deflating feeling for him after the fight ended and he realized he was not the great fighter he thought he was. his whole career he had wanted to prove himself on the big stage against a top fighter and even this version of hopkins beat him soundly. he knew he lost that fight and he lost the hunger to fight anymore with it.

Thats all nice and dandy idiot, but he has been clinching excessively and headbutting since he started his career. That fight where he is clinching and throwing that rabbit punch was when he was younger. And HBO has already stated in Calzaghes bio on their website that BHOP avoided Calzaghe for years by outpricing himself. And people say bhop was exciting? When??? When he was KO'ing bums early on in his career? He is a dirty cheating fighter and you think thats great for the sport!

the videos showed all the punches it just cut out the dead air when nothing was happening i've watched the fight many times so i know it well. compubox is not fact. why do you believe compubox over video evidence? the video evidence clearly shows calzaghe missing the punches compubox says he is landing. compubox is flat out wrong and you pretending it is accurate is ignorant.
