I get this and agree to an extent..
See we're talking about individual athletes here not some team. And while one country produces more fighters, it's not some kind of trial and error type thing where if you make enough of them, you'll eventually get it right.
I think that applies more toward like the Brazil vs Argentina soccer rivalry in a collective way where Argentina gets one better national team than brazil for every 4 Brazilian teams
Anyway back to boxing... I don't think the fact that one country has a higher ratio of champions matters too much because we're looking at it in an individual level..
I'm sure if PR was as big as Mexico they'd have their share of tomato cans
