Do you know how many Cuban fighters get filtered before they determine who the good ones are? Even in this country that's what the Amateurs are for. There's always more bad than good. All that matters is who wins in a quality match up.

But if you're talking about champions per capita, I know NO other country is higher than Puerto Rico. That includes more than the U.S. But both the U.S. and Mexico have been able to take out Puerto Rican champions. I'm not talking **** I'm just saying that having the most champions per capita doesn't necessarily mean there can't be any "rivalries."

But for having "champions per capita" no one is close to Puerto Rico.
