its pacquiao in the philippines. his life is covered there 24 hrs a day seven days a week. what's happening to pacman happens to every fighter during training camp. the only difference is pac has the media on him & other fighters dont. Every fighter goes through nicks & bruises in training camp. It just doesnt get the same pacquiao hyped up treatment.

Buddy, you're either illiterate, ******ed, or both. Pac fought Morales in the middle of a 1-5 streak. Pac's two wins over him are sandwiched between Morales being completely outclassed by Zahir Raheem and losing convincingly to David Diaz. Those are C Class fighters. If he was losing to C Class fighters, an elite fighter should beat the hell outta him. There's no way you can justify Pac's wins over him as meaningful.

As for Hatton, did you not see the Juan Lazcano fight? Lazcano was a blown up lightweight that couldn't punch in that division and he had Hatton on ***** street on several occassions. Any knowledgeable fight fan could see that Hatton was semi-shot going into his fight with Pac.

Clottey has never beaten anyone that's any good. His best wins are over an over-the-hill Judah and a completely shot "Chico" Corrales, who BTW was every bit or more dangerous than barerra or Morales when Money made him look like a novice. But anyways, Clottey has never beaten a top notch fighter. Hell, he lost to Baldomir. So how is he a great victory for a legend like Pac?

As for Margarito, you're back to making your excuses. Nobody made him put cement in his gloves. And I don't care if his mind was screwed up or not, he was totally destroyed by Mosley, who Pac didn't want to fight and who Mayweather embarrassed. There's no way that you can even attempt to justify saying that Margarito is a more dangerous opponent than Mosley. As for Mayweather ducking him, he made $8M for the Baldomir fight. And as I keep saying, Baldomir was the REAL welterweight champ. Margarito was merely a challenger, just like Mayweather. BTW, I'm still waiting on that list of top fighters Margarito was running through at the time.

And again, I don't care what writers, trainers, fans, or anyone else has to say about the subject. I've been following boxing for a long time, so I don't need any input of forulate my own opinion. What I'm asking you to do is lay facts on the table that dispute what I'm saying and you can't. The truth is, over the years I've probably been a bigger Pacquaio fan than Mayweather fan. I just think its ridiculous how people like you try and discredit everything Mayweather does. The fact is, his resume is just as good or better than Pac's. If you don't think so, for every "signature" Pacquaio win, I can match you with a Mayweather with that is equal to or better. Mayweather is an assh*le and Pac is very likeable, so of course more people are gonna be in Pac's corner. But when facts are put on the table, all you can do is glorify Pac's opponents and downplay Mayweather's. But the truth is, the same can be done in reverse, and I'm proving that you you line by line.

About every fighter Pac or Floyd have fought or will fight are shot, semi-shot, overrated, bums, and every piece of shtick you could think of.

I've been in this forum since 2005 and only recently joined 2009. I've seen so many threads explaining how Pac would get decapitated by fighters like Clottey, Hatton, De la Hoya, Cotto, and every fighter ranging from jr to welterweight in every fantasy fight where Pacquiao was pitted against other fighters. Pac never wins any fanstasy fights and most especially how when he manages to easily dish down a beat down to a given opponent. Haters in these forums would downplay it because they already saw it written in the wall.

The fighters were already bums and shot when pacquiao fought them. You keep on repeating the same lines and coming up with how valid youre arguments are and defending it for it is the one and only truth.

The only guys who are legit are the ones Pacquiao haven't fought.

Regardless of who who blame for Mayweather-Pacquaio not happening this year. And for the record, I don't blame either. I think even the most diehard of diehard Pacquaio fans have to admit that 2010 has been a complete waste for Manny Pacquaio. I mean seriously, Clottey coming off of a loss to the guy Pac had just KO'd. And now Margarito who is coming off of a total ass thrashing (in his last real fight) to the guy that was able to win one round against Mayweather and struggled to a draw with Mora. This is not acceptable for Pac. He's lineal champ at 140 which is one of the best divisions in boxing. Why not fight one of those guys? You've got two bonafide P4P elites in Williams and Martinez who can make 154 since Pac is fighting for a belt in that division. Any of those fights would have been better than Margarito. Hopefully, we get the Mayweather-Pacquaio superfight next summer. And for the record, I think we will. But if it doesn't happen, its tme for Pac to step up and fight a real opponent. Williams-Martinez II is a week after this Pacquaio-Margarito nonsense. If the Mayweather fight doesn't happen, the Williams-Martinez II winner is the logical next opponent for Pac. And oh yeah, if it happens, please no 154.5 catchweight for the middleweight title please Team Pacquaio.
