BTW, if my memory serves me correct, when Mayweather made his welterweight debut late in 2005, Judah was the universally recognized welterweight champ. Judah promply lost the real welterweight title to Baldomir. Mayweather went on and fought Judah and then Baldomir for the real welterweight title. Therefore on Planet Earth, he did fight the top welters when he hit the division. Now afterwards, he opted for bigger paying events with de la Hoya nd Hatton. But when he hit the division, he fought who he was supposed to fight. So like I said, coem better.

Baldomir was a joke. He beat an overrated Judah. Margarito was running through everyone at the time, Clottey was another top guy, and Williams and Cotto were the big time prospects. Mayweather ducked Margarito and took on a lesser challenge in Baldomir, who only had ANY clout because he was a journeyman that they brought in to lose to Zab. Margarito even punked him out in the crowd at an event (Floyd). So out if all four of those guys, Floyd never fought ONE, and Manny has taken on 3 out 4 in a year. There is no excuse for that, so just give up man. As far as Morales goes, he lost a razor thin decision to a guy Pacquiao already starched. So he was the other top guy. Zahir fought an unmotivated Morales and has gone on to do nothing. Of course Pacquiso fought Morales, he beat him the first time (in a very close fight) and that's where the money was. Manny was moving up in weight as well. You're getting slapped around all over this thread. Let's talk current issues
- Floyd DUCKED Pacquiao for this November fight, has fought two guys (a 12 lbs heavier Marquez and a shot, old Mosley coming off a 17 month layoff) in 4 years. Look at what Pacquiao has done in that stretch. I don't care for Arum, or Pacquiao fighting Margarito and not Paul, but you can't defend Floyd and criticize Pacquiao. aahhhhhhhh pacs team looks like they are planting some early excuses in due case of an upset. sounds like after both jmm fights, manny-oh my foot was hurt ah ha ha ha yeah im sure it was along with your face. after the morales loss, 'it was the blood tests, yeah im sure thats what it was. these ****ers are a prideful bunch , roach talks too much crap thats why im hoping for not only an upset but a devastating one. if manny elects to go toe to toe in this fight hes screwed, if he trys to out macho margs hes screwed, hes best boxing otherwise hes in for some pain.Comment

Buddy, I know in IHateMayweatherville, fighting the champion in a division instead of a challenger is called ducking. But, on Planet Earth, Baldomir was champ, Margarito was a challenger, Money fought the champ. And who was everyone Margarito was running through. If my memory serves me correctly, he beat Antonio Diaz for a paper trinket. He beat a "Six Heads" Lewis who had just been decapatated by Mayorga. He beat an untested prospect in Cintron. Explain to me all these great fighters Margarito was running through again.
And its funny how you make excuses for Pac. But the fact is, he's made a career out of fighting guys coming off loses after his draw with JMM. He fought Morales three times coming off of loses. He wanted no part of JMM until JMM lost to Chris John. He fought de la Hoya after he looked like crap against 2 Pound He fought Hatton after Hatton was damn near KO'd by a Juan Lazcano who couldn't punch at lightweight. He fought Cotto after Cotto looked like crap against Clottey. He fought Clottey coming off the lost to Cotto. He's fighting Margarito who just lost every second of every round in his last fight again an old, shot (according to you) Mosley. So please, come better.
The fact is, the only person being slapped around this thread is you. I'm spitting facts, and all you'ere doing is coming back with some fanboy rant telling me what other people are saying.
