The college debate topic write now is immigration, so I've been getting informed on it bit by bit.

They definitely have visas specifically for athletes. I don't understand why Alfredo Angulo can't just live out of Mexico and get P-1 visas whenever he wants to fight in the US. That would stop the US government from cracking down on HBO for televising his fights in the US.

I'm a bit unclear why this is considered such a major roadblock to be honest.

lol angulo is the man just sitting chilling at ringside not giving a ****... haha and then came back after getting the boot, as if to say, you can't stop me... haha son is more of a badass... but not really all this serious as people are making it out... he will fight in mexico for a year or so while get goes through a process to get a legal visa.. maybe a fine or something, but he will be back on one of the major networks in a year or so

Like the writer as well as the poster on the last page said; it's highly unlikely he'll be able to get approved for such a visa after previously violating immigration law and getting deported.

Somebody had to know about his status for tax purposes. I'm sure someone paid him in 2008 and 2009. Something is not adding up... I'm sure he has a tax return somewhere. If not he should stay anyway he pays way more in taxes than 99% of Americans. He's good for the economy. BTW, how many illegal Canadians and Europeans have been deported recently??? New law any immagrants making 6 figure paydays can't be deported they pay Social Security and Medicare and don't collect. It's just good business until the economy turns around. How did this come out? Was he driving drunk in Arizona hit a curve and drove right into the tent at a Tea Party rally??? LOL
