And the link you posted is not evidence of anything, it's a list of recent nominees, Byrd just retired in 2009, the list of return nominees has guys from the 1950s in it and the most recent guy, Ottke, had retired in 2004. So that mean Byrd has ages to be on the list. If anything, you should reserve your judgment until 5 years have passed.
I wouldn't personally vote for him now. Won't change in five years. He's the only one of the guys you named who has any remote chance.

Not a chance. I'm a voter. I know plenty of voters. Your prediction there is laughable. they'll all get in when Greg Page and Michael Dokes do. Wake me when the wait is over.

Wlad might not beat a prime HOFer to go to the Hall but he's going. Holmes only real HOF win was Norton (Ali was just a name) and Norton is as fringe as a HOFer could be.
Page and Dokes were miles better than those guys.

Naz will get in eventually. He's been on the ballot since he became eligible, and has a reasonable level of support among the voters. Sooner or later he'll get in. But those other guys have no chance.

Witherspoon was life and death with Mercer in the 90s; also miles better. HOF = None of the above.

What does it matter how many HoF'ers Wlad beats when the hall of fame is made of guys who were voted in by FANS just like us who happen to have press credentials.

Wlad has never faced a top fighter outside of 2000 Chris Byrd. Wlads resume' is garbage and he would need 60 defenses just to equal Marciano's 6.

Bingo. quality counts. I could go 60-0 if i fight 7th graders.

he should be decimating his opponents when he has every concevable advantage over every one of them
