What are you smoking? Mayweather Sr is a terrible trainer.

definitely man people forget it was him that made mayweather the boxer he is today and he also trained Chad Dawson when he was rising up the rankings. If you look at dawson his style is similar to mayweather's in a way and that's because of Floyd Sr. He may be crazy but hes a hell of a trainer

Both Mayweather Sr. and McGirt Sr. have been in losing corners nearly all the fights I remember for quite awhile. Winning trainers are rarely out of work.

apparently Floyd Sr Training Camp is too hard, he is a good trainer but he works his fighters EXTREMELY hard

Floyd Sr is better off working with Young Up and Coming Fighters who are willing to listen and not established veterans
