Floyd Sr. and McGirt have dissapeared lol

I don't know why Floyd Sr. aint getting more fighters. I think it has alot to do with what happened to Ricky against Pacquiao, but I blame that on the fact that Ricky sucks. Other then that moment I think Floyd Sr. is one of the top 5 trainers in the game right now. He turned Guzman into a beast when he had him and did an excellent job with De La Hoya for a couple of years. I don't know if its that or he is just not right to train fighters didn't he say he was sick?? Anyways I would like to see him back.

Buddy McGirt on the other hand, lol, no disrespect but he ****** as a trainer badly. For the past year or so I haven't seen him as much because about 2 o 3 years ago he had a long ass span when he was in about every single fight every week and all of his fighters would lose in embarrasing fashion.

Sr said that he's planning to retire from boxing soon. I can't find the video where he said it.

floyd sr. = horrible trainer. the ricky hatton fight just highlighted it. how in the world are you gonna work the pads using orthodox style when ricky is facing a southpaw?

there's a reason why floyd is the only prominent fighter that both roger & sr. have taken credit for. they might know boxing, as teachers or advisers, but as trainer both roger & sr. are grossly overrated.

name me another fighter that both roger & sr. trained from beginning to champion superstar status other than floyd jr.?

dont forget that it was floyd sr. who trained joan guzman to come overweight vs nate campbell. guzman's career has never been the same since.

That was Guzman's nutrionists fault. And Guzman was 3 pounds overweight and when Lee Beard trained him he was 9 pounds overweight. It's not really Sr.'s fault he came in to training camp at about 180. They might not have raised someone from the ground up to a champ other then Jr. but hey look at Ray Arcel, he came in to be Durans trainer beforet he Buchanan fight and he polished him. Same as how Sr. polished Guzman (especially the Soto fight) and De La Hoya.

Floyd Sr was only relevant because of Delahoya. If it wasn't for Delahoya the only time you would hear about him is when HBO talked about his relationship with his son.

He is a master of the shoulder roll and in my opinion in the same level as Roach as trainer.

ray arcel trained many great fighters. horrible example. sr. & roger only have one. sr. trained dawson then got fired. trained oscar when oscar was already a finished product. roger only has floyd jr., jesse vargas, cornelius lock, & who else melissa st. vil, the chick he choked.

roger aint nothing but a pad man.

First of all I'm talking Sr. not Roger. Anyways what I meant was to say with the Arcel comparasion is that for a trainer to get credit for a fighter he doesn't have to train him from scratch.
