I think it ultimately boils down to how dominate Manny looks in the Margarito fight, and how much speed Pacquiao can retain weighing 148-150. If he looks great, like I expect him to, then it make the most sense to face another guy at JMW.

Personally I would like to see him face Shane Mosley 154, followed by a showdown with Martinez later on in the year.
    Alexander/Bradley-> Berto -> Kirkland -> Retire

I agree. A vacant paper title against an undeserving opponent for an undetermined amount of pay-per-views is a better option.

        Gotta love the d*ckriders.

I'd like to see him fight the Bradley-Alexander winner, but at 140 rather than 147. I think Bradley will likely beat DA, and he looks undersized at 147 in his last fight. Bradley is good enough and versatile enough that I'd give him a chance against Pac, the same can't be said for some of the others in and around the division.

I voted for Martinez at 154 though. I think the 'winning a vacant title at a catchweight' thing is ******, if he wants to fight there then I'd like to see him face the best the division has to offer. I think Martinez would beat him, by the way.

Again do you honestly think flopping against Williams gives Manny a shot at doing a 50-50 split with Floyd. How hard is it to answer my questions...especially when I have answered all of yours?

              Fixed for you.

Like I said, using your own logic, Manny doesn't deserve 50/50.

He'll fight him next time. I SWEAR.

I have Martinez winning as well. FWIW it won't be any shame as the size difference will be huge. I know Martinez is the same height as Margarito and DLH, but Martinez is light years fast and a long with his great skills.

It's a win win for Manny because as long as it's somewhat competive then people will be praising him for even competing with such an elite fighter on that high of a level. Just my opinion though.

                    again you are extremely slow....

                    1. 24-7 vs HBO coutdown

                    2. A guy who has been on a few PPVs vs A fighter who cant even be on the a-side of Foxsports net card.

                    3. 2-3 months to promote vs few weeks of promotional time

                    4. Cowboys/Jerry Jones/NFL network in the middle of Football season promoting this vs. some last minute throw together promotion

                    5. A ton of Mexicans and Mexican-Americans, in Texas vs. 20 Ghanians rooting for Clottey.

Manny doing 700k back then was a miracle considering the circumstances. That fight had a ton of things working against it doing good numbers.....whereas this fight doesn't.

Again there were legit reasons as to why Manny didn't do great numbers back in March. This time there are no excuses.

LOl @ excuse. Pacquiao was on the tube non-stop because of the Mayweather negotiations. Spare me.
