Nah, i dont buy it! Pac will still be considered the better fighter if he loses to PBF. Just like Ali would be considered better than George Foreman, and SRR better than Turpin.
Just because people thought Foreman would beat Ali, it is not to take anything away from Ali.

I agree with manny pacquiao not being overrated, but are you serious? If pacquaio gets beaten by mayweather he is not considered better than mayweather especially when the other fighter is an undefeated fighter and former champion in several weightclasses himself. Its not like mayweather is some bum and pacquiao got caught with a lucky punch or some ****.

I wouldn't say pac is the most overrated boxer in this era..winning 4 lineal championships in 4 different divisions and world titles in 8 different divisions (maybe 7 considering the Marg title fight was BS) deserves respect. Just because pac doesn't look good against a certain fighter/style qualifies him as overrated is BS. In my opinion he is deserving of his hof'er status and being one of this eras best boxers.

I guess in this forum, the phrase " You are only good as your last fight" is really appropriate for this morons. Forget about the fact how those fights (Hatton, DLH, and Cotto) were perceived before they took place.

i love the manny that fought marquez twice, barrera, and morales, but ever since then he's been pretty much all hype, like just beyond belief. it's not to say he isn't good, he's great, but he isn't no living legend. only thing that stands out about him is the belts he's collected, but ever since diaz, he's fought nothing but past names or punching bags. i mean, seriously what p4p number 1 fighter would struggle with a 38 year old lightweight who fought at a catchweight to your advantage? and all the praise that he's gotten better, yet he still eats the same shots from their previous fights. styles make fights, yeah. if manny was that great as all his fans say he is, he would've dominated jmm more, or won the rounds he did more decisively. we'll see what happens next, i deff don't want to see a 4th fight, arum will probably just pay jmm to take a dive or rack up another L to his record thanks to the biased judges, no thanks.
