The Squared Circle got owned again and i didn't even have to say anything. LOL. I didn't even have to re-post RunwithKnives took care of it! and even if he didn't my first post to him cleared it up agin anyway. HAHAHHAHAH
as for my 13,000 posts I've been on the forum for about 3 years i think.
i love it when these mma **** come visit us. go back to your underpopulated ****hole forum.
I could of sworn the question was who would win in a street brawl. If you say a boxer would win then you are ******e and biased. If you say a mma fighter would win then you are ******ed and biased. It would depend on the fighter and if that fighter could land a punch first.
Let me give you a example.Foreman is physically strong. When he was younger that was all he did.Just beating grown men up in gang fights. So do you actually believe if he hit any mma fighter he couldnt drop them and then just get on top of them and continue to punch and beat on them? But on the other hand if he gets hit or taken down he would also lose.
Here is another example and lets just use Foreman. If a young 20 plus year old Foreman fought any mma fighter in a mma fight using those little gloves that they use he would destroy virtually every one of them unless they were lucky enough to get him in some kind of arm lock to make him tap out.But does that mean Foreman can't be knocked down and out?I am sure you people get what i am saying. Some boxers are good fighters period so they would be good mma fighters good street fighters ect ect ect.
It all depends on the fighter and if he can land a good punch first.
I'm a boxer and once fought an MMA/wrestler guy in a so-called "street-fight". I struck him once before he got me on the ground and that's all it took. He was too weak to do anything and he had a broken nose and no sight in one eye just from that punch.
When you are a boxer, you can strike quickly and make the MMA guys' ground-combat a much lesser factor.

long time no see
these mma cats dont understand how far a seriously powerful punch will take you.
just look how far power took tank abbot in MMA- and tank's power was only a FRACTION of what someone like george or samuel has. tank lacked the skills someone like a boxer would have- he was a fat underskilled undertrained mma version of today's gatti but drank lots of beer, basically. picture what a trained world class boxer that was an overly aggressive power puncher, could do to some of these guys with just a couple days of mma basics.

That Squared Circle guy is a complete tool. Nothing he said made any sense whatsoever.
Tank Abbott was only successful in the early days before the UFC developed into something respectable. Also Tank wasn't just a brawler; he had some wrestling skills as well.
sure, compare any 40+ year old 'boxer' boxer to an MMA fighter and im sure the boxer would get squashed.
take out b-hop, and put in someone like...jermain taylor...ricky hatton(who isnt bad at wrestling) etc...paciauo..id even give a motivated gatti a chance because he has lights out power..
floyd mayweather would dominate as well, imo..nobody could shoot for that guys legs. mayweather would dance around the guy landing lead straight rights lol.
Maybe Taylor I could understand. He is an multi sports athlete that could have been professional at events other than boxing.
Ricky Hatton, Manny Pacquiao, and Floyd mayweather are too small. Murray is 6'0 190 and is athletic.
My only point was....outside of training for boxing...I am highly suspect of any of these guy's capacity to take punishment in ways they have never seen.
I'm not sure they are used to a guy using his head, knees, elbows, as EXCLUSIVE weapons.
Lets also keep in mind, they dont spar or fight for that matter using 3 ounce gloves.
In the ring, using boxing rules...sure. Murray is dead.
On the street he would literally murder/cripple them.
LOL. That guy does the windmill better than anyone. And at that...hockey gear is cheating. Thats extra padding man.
yeah......but you put Tyson, Silva, Foreman.....any boxer/MMAer on ice & skates....& Tony T. pulls their shirts over their heads & gives 'em the biz !
LOL.
