Is that a fact or your opinion? Because I know a lot of people who believe in god and superstitious. I know its your opinion otherwise you have to show the proof it is a fact.

And all I'm saying is that that is FALSE. If you know it's a cultural thing then why are you asking me what other countries use? Shouldn't you know? Of course, if you knew then you wouldn't make such a ****** comment would you? Dumbass.

Mosley sees it as a situation where Mayweather is using the issue of random blood testing to control Pacquiao before the fight.

"I think with Floyd, with the blood test, was to get control of the situation with Manny Pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao said 'forget you, do you know who I am? I'm not going to give you any control. I'm not giving you control of the situation.' And Floyd wants to take control of the situation before they actually get in the ring. Basically trying to win the battle before the fight, before they get in the ring. That's probably the strategy to his tactics," Mosley said.

Actually you have been making a ignorant statements in regards to PEDs and steroids as far as the history of them and saying its an American thing. If you paid attention to the Olympics from long ago up till now you will see that many eastern European countries were getting caught for steriod use. If I am not mistaken I remember some Russians specifically. Also Ben Johnson who ran for Canada was caught. Recently yes some Americans have been caught. As for baseball Sammy Sosa, Manny Ramerez, Jose Canseco, Raphael Palmero, David Ortiz and many others are not American so what you have been saying is ignorant.

When I say it's an american thing, I'm saying all along that PEDs/Steroids are brought about by a certain culture of too much competition where athletes are pressured to excel. Sosa, Ramirez, etc are not americans but they are all playing within the american culture. They practically lived already in the US since they are playing in US-based athletic organizations/teams.

My whole point in all this is that Pacquiao has not been influenced by such a culture, he does not live in America, he only trains in America, that is why PEDs/Steroids are all too foreign to him. But some people don't believe this because they operate in an american mentality and culture.

No this is not my opinion go ask a preacher or tell those people to ask their preacher. It goes against God. If you believe that God is your provider, strength and protector you have no room for supertitions because your faith in God is supposed believe that he will get you through. That is taking away from God and saying God is not good enough. Now tell me in what religion it is ok for someone to say God is not good enough.

The definition of supertition: an irrational belief or practice resulting from ignorance or fear of the unknown

BS again. The bold people are taken from many different countries and brought straight to the major leagues and they never lived here before. You ever heard of teams having scouting departments? Look I understand you want and have a belief in Manny that he is all things good. Things are not as black and white as you are trying to make them. Is Manny on PEDs? I don't know. Is there a possibilty that Manny is on PEDs? YES! Just like anyone else could be on them also. Has absolutely nothing to do with American culture.

So what makes you think Manny isn't pressured to excel? You think Arum didn't tell Manny if you want to make that kind of money you need to excel? Is that not pressure to perform at a certain level?

I've thought Mosley's theory pretty sound since I first read it. If you truly believed Pac was on something, you wouldn't offer the 14 day cut off period, especially as many "experts" on here say that the 14 days period actually allows benefit to be had from taking certain substances.

I'm sure Floyd must have know that with his advisors at hand. So it makes little sense to have offered it unless the purpose of the tests was to try and upset your potential opponent.

That's not to take anything away from Floyd. It was a mind game which he decided to play and it initially worked. Although the way Arum handled the situation second time round reversed the media opinion.
