is there any particular reason why you took this the nationalistic route?
and before you state well he started it with the dirty black thing YOU started it by with the whole typical Mexican fighter thing. Any reason why you felt the need to say that considering Mexican fighters have evolved?Comment

You're not supposed to do anything, I don't care what you do, but the guy deserves respect cause he's fought a few killers who were much bigger than him, and until last night has always came out on top.
And he fought his heart out last night. That's all I'm saying. You don't see me trying to discredit Segura, dude brought it and deserved the dubs.
The two brought us an awesome fight, no one should be complaining about anything. I am just simply of the opinion; fact really, that Calderon has been slipping for some time.
Calderon slipping is still better than 90% of the fighters on the planet, so it's still a great win for Segura.Comment

No disrespect at all, when I say typical Mexican, I dont follow the notion myself, but that statement implies the come forward fighter who is willing to take 2 or 3 to give 1. Thats all I meant, Segura did what he had to do against someone like Calderon who is always moving, my thing is I wish Segura would have kept his hands up more, I think that way he probably would have gotten Calderon out of there sooner.
but understand my man that even if you meant no dis to anyone the way it comes off is a bit disrespectful in stating that a Mexican fight in typical fashion is a face first fighter when quite the opposite has happened. While guys like Segura and Ponce typify what the Mexican fighter was known for there are far more who hybrid both an all attack attitude with some actual boxing skill
those guys are now the typical Mexican fighter nowComment
