Bradley and Alexander need to prove their worth that much, on another note, so does Berto. Everyone thinks they can be Floyd nowadays. Everyone forgets there was a time when Mayweather was not popular and couldn't fill seats. But the man worked his @$$ off and made his own name. He fought Corrales, Castillo, Jesus Chavez, N'dou, Gatti, that beast of a puncher Corley (whohad may hurt), Sharma, and Zab Judah. He slowly built his rep to make this money. Then he fought DLH and Hatton and made bank. So if are p4p king had to do it, so should everyone else. Bradley and Alexander should take this fight for unfortunately, a low payday, and the winner make his name on the loser.

These guys are acting like *****es.
1.1M is a lot for a guy like Bradley who people outside of the hardcore boxing fan base don't know who he is.
The only young fighter from the 140 division that deserves over 1M is Khan.Comment

anyone can get caught cold. alexander was given to a boxing lesson over 12 rounds. he is a fraud and should not have the belts around his waist.hahaha REALLY???
I would rather struggle in a fight then to get KO'd in 54 second against...what was that guy name again...oh yea Prescott...lol
come on and yet this guy want people to believe that he is the best in the division and he never even tried to avenge that loss, Alexander may have struggled in his last fight no doubt but that is nothing to be ashamed about, he is not the judge, but what is shameful is getting KO'd in 54 second:

fack all of these guys. fack bradley, alexander, williams, maidina, floyd, pac, angulo, haye and every other ***** responsible for the ****ty state of boxing. what is happening to the sport i love. i usually came to these boards to read about peoples opinions on fights and future fights, now its all about money splits, demands, OSTs, catchweights for titles and fighters acting like *****es. And we as fans (who pay these as$holes the millions that they are *****ing over) are suppose to eat this **** up and hope "well maybe they'll fight next year if we're lucky"?????? no wonder the sport is decreasing in popularity. what happened to the warriors we used to cheer for, what happened to the best fighting the best. fack the current state of boxing. I wish boxing would just get facked up it sales and revenue and just completely breaks own and all these as$holes would go and start working at burger king or some other ****ty jobs and dream about earning $30000/year. Maybe then it might get a fresh start an start to grow in the right direction.
Sorry for the rant, but I'm extreamly annoyed right now.Comment

thats the same thing celestino Caballero is doing and i dont see you ****ting on him for it. so quit the double standardshe is not a top 3 JWW to be getting paid 7 figures, and he also lost to Kotelnik lets not forget.
I could careless about Ortiz. But, Madiana is sure getting a lot of hype for beating an overrated dude. And, I just don't get it. He wants to call out elite fighters and then bitch about money... Where is the balls on the dude? That is not really badass material now is it. Tell me when Marg called out a fighter and then ***** about money? A real true badass would just fight. A bitch on the down low would call out a fighter and then fake an injury or cry about money.

Khan gets paid as much thanks to ITV and great management by Frank Warren.
He fought on ITV, terrestrial television on Saturday nights against opponents he could blitz and look awesome against to get people excited and interested. That's got him a huge UK following, he's the most popular UK fight since Hatton who also featured on ITV in his earlier career. By the time they move to Sky and Box Office people know who they are and want to see them fight and that's when the money pours in.
Khan also fighting on ITV against Paulie was a stroke of genius, to those who didn't watch him on Sky he shown that he's at a much higher level than last time he was on ITV (where he got dropped my Michael Gomez for the Inter-Continetal Lightweight title), now people are seeing him dominate Paulie Malignaggi in Las Vegas for a world title. Khan's well known to the extent that my mum knows when he's fighting, she doesn't follow boxing at all, meaning all the other people who doesn't really watch boxing know when he's fighting, especially when he's on ITV because they plug his fights for like 2 weeks before hand during the adverts for Coronation St, etc. I'm not even sure if he's going back to Sky straight away, but as long as he fights on ITV his popularity isn't going away and neither is his money. If he beats Maidana on ITV then manages to get Tim Bradley on Sky Box Office/HBO PPV he'll be making Ricky Hatton money.
Bradley and Devon don't have the luxury of an entire country paying for their every fight. Khan does.Comment

When has Maidana ever been ranked #1 at 140 like Caballero was at 122? What win does Maidana have that's worth dog shit other than the tender boy Victor Ortiz?
