them complying to a gag order in negotiations they eventually denied is pretty strange in their part.

In my opinion, they didn't want to go through the same media frenzy they did in January.

I think they looked at their options, what Pac was willing to concede to, and what he wasn't... they decided it wouldn't work, and they forgot about it and moved on.

The difference is they just kept everything to themselves.

They don't need to run to the media every 5 mins like Arum does.

Margarito: “Arum assured me a fight with Manny Pacquiao in November”

According to Dan Antuna of Tijuana newspaper Frontera, Antonio Margarito confirmed his next bout for May 8th in Aguascalientes, MX. After his bid to fight on the March 13th fight card in Dallas, TX, was not solidfied, the “Tijuana Tornado” will still face Carson Jones at the yearly state fair held in that Mexican city.

“The fight in May is confirmed directly from Bob Arum of Top Rank. He also assured me a fight with Manny Pacquiao in November,” Margarito stated.

He also mentioned that he would not be appearing at a hearing to solicit his license from the California State Atlethic Commission.

“Arum recommended me not to go, he said that I complied with teh sanction and they should give me the lincense without attending and audience,” he explained.

Margarito has been training at the Azteca Gym and the Mojac Gym, both in Tijuana.

Yes but within reason. If floyd sr. says manny is a child ******er then you stand up. If floyd sr. says you use steroids you tell him to go **** himself. Proportional response.
