Floyd could very well tell the world why he didn't take the fight but he chose to stay quiet and take the heat. His view on May/Pac is pretty much dead on with the majority's view. Either put up or just say you dont wanna fight the guy. No need to put up all these obstacles in the way of making the fight.

His opinion is formed by who he was. Hagler was Pac. A 1st ballot HOF boxer who, while fighting continuosly, still doesn't make as much or generate as much as a "part time" boxer. Think Hagler liked the fact he had to split purse with SRL even though SRL was out of boxing almost 5 yrs? Think manny likes the fact floyd made as much for Mosley, after 1 fight in 3 years as manny made in all of 2009?

Hagler has never been the kind of star SRL and floyd are. Its always pissed him off because he believes that stuff should be determined in the ring. But we all knwo it doesn't.

Not only will that fight help silence some of his critics, but it'll also help make his potential fight with Manny that much bigger. As oppose to Manny, who thinks it such a good idea to fight someone boxing fans have left behind, which is what has scared away a lot of boxing fans from the whole Manny/Floyd BS anyway.

How about we see who he chooses before we assume he's ducking Pacquiao, as oppose to just making us fans wait.
