Is Ortiz Quitting Worse Than Vazquez Quitting?

Vazquez wouldnt be the first fighter to continue on with a broken nose, so excuse me if I dont see the difference. We know Vazquez is a warrior now, but immediately following that fight his heart was being questioned. I think a young fighter with unlimited potential is very smart for stopping at the point he knew he could no longer win instead of takin unnecessary punishment that could affect his future. Im in no way dogging Vazquez, but he was being called a quitter from the same type of people I now hear call Ortiz a quitter with no future.

People are making too much of it, ever since those exaggerated comments by the de****able Max Kellerman.

Its not the same imo.
Vazquez had already proven his mettle by that point and for him to quit like he did only proved that Rafa did serious damage to his nose.
I don't think anyone held that against him because of his history of Warriorness.
Ortiz on the other hand had no history of toughness to fall back on, he failed his first test at the hands of the most Dangerous Man at 140.
Marcos "El Chino" Maidana.
No racist.
