They were 19 at the time, Lewis and Holyfield were about to win medals at the Olympics (Tillman ofcourse ran for his life against Tyson at trials), these sparring sessions weren't just any old sparring sessions they were SERIOUS.

Mike Tyson is one of the top 10 heavyweight at all time. On right situations, he could have been paralled the career of Joe Louis. Too bad he was an idiot. But every fight of his is really worth the money.

Ali, Louis, Marciano, Foreman, and Frazier. Tyson doesn't take the top 5.

Johnson, Holmes, Dempsey, Holyfield, Lewis. Tyson falls short of top 10 off the top of my head. He could probably make top 20 for sure, and maybe top 15 simply because of what he could do in his prime.

Tyson pre Douglas was one of the best ever no question. Tyson past that was not even close to a Top 10 Heavyweight. If you balance them out (because you can't just forget about those fights) I have him just outside of the Top 10.

silly. Both these guys beat Ali.
If you beat the men who beat Ali
than you are better than Ali himself.
Mike is the greatest of all time.

he cant be the greatest, because he lost to kevin mcbride and danny williams. this means they are better than him according to your theory above

its the truth? how am i an idiot, when tyson was in his "prime" he was knocking out bums. Look at his opponents from 85 to 86, they were all bums.
tyson was able to take a fight per month, proving that his opponents were all bums

Disagree, he was one of the best ever while he was still a Catskills fighter. He was finished Post-June1988, all done.
