i still feel samuel peter hasn't beaten any top names to get an elimanator, at least brock beat mcline, and samil sam has beaten danny williams, peter has not even beat a fighter of danny williams's calibre yet [top15-20].

And in a world where Kali Meehan can fight for the WBO title, and Corrie Sanders gets sanctioned to fight for a vacent WBC title, Mo Harris fighting for the IBF title, you're outright wrong.

Yanqi Diaz was coming off a 1st round KO of JC Gomez and Peter battered him. Taurus Sykes was also a much better win than the likes of Eliseo Castillo.

Peter is ranked top 5 across the board by the IBF WBC and WBO.

You're crying into the wind here.

that is a terrible example to use, diaz was a journey man who was at the right place at the right time, gomez was coming off a lay off, had personal problems, was unmotivated, and didn't take the fight seriously. he was a guy living off a freak win thats all.

lol, you could say the same thing about Corrie Sanders, except he brutally stopped Wlad Klitschko.

          See how that works?

You haven't done anything here but illustrate you have some sort of petty problem with Peter fighting for an eliminator (not a title) when guys MUCH WORSE have fought for TITLES.

you can't compare corrie sanders to diaz, corrie sanders is a legit top 10 heavyweight who has mixed it with the very best. we'll just have to agree to disagree.

Take a LOOK at where Corrie Sanders was before he stepped into the ring with Wlad.

HE was inactive a year, had 3 fights in the 3 years before that (including a loss to Rahman) and did more golfing than sparring.

Peter isn't fighting for a title, he's fighting an eliminator.

There have been much much worse fighters or unproven fighters fighting for TITLES.

You don't have a case here, and never did.

A few posts back, you said Sam deserves to fight for an eliminator (and Peter doesn't) because Sam beat DANNY WILLIAMS.

              Serioulsy. Stop.

The fact you use Danny Williams as a meaningful win speaks for itself.

Once again, this is an eliminator, not a title shot.

The fact that worse fighters have receive title shots (nevermind just fighting in an eliminator) really puts all of your objections into perspective.

exactly, no way Wlad fights peter, he knows he will get knocked out again and finished off this time, that is a guarantee that he ducks out of this fight
