You can add pretty much anything u want to a contract i'm sure, as long as it doesn't go against the rules of the athletic commission. This is just an excuse and u know it. Let me ask you, shouldn't weight penalties be left up to the authorities that regulate that as well? U know? The same thing Pac did with his 10 mil per lb over? Are u calling Pac out on that?
Mayweather's message to Pacquaio.

"retirement " of 21 months at age 30. Especially when one factors in Mosleys many gruelling fights in his later years, against Mayweather's much easier, low calibre opponent run.
When one considers that Mayweather's toughest fight was against Emanuel Augustus, who, at that time had something like a 21-17 record, once can assume with little error, that his other fights were easier.
I personally would think that Castillo 1 was his toughest, but only from a crowding, wearing-down aspect. For pure skills on both sides, the Augustus fight stands out.
If Augustus had had Castillo's punch, it might have ended differently.Comment

I guess he must've caught it from Pac. The same laryngitis Pa had when he couldn't say agree to terms b4 Mayweather/Mosley, but suddenly, after the terms were taken off the table and the fight was done, he found his voice and agreed to those same "unreasonable" terms.Comment

What is appalling is that many people doesn't understand that:
• When an accuser points his/her finger, he/she must provide proofs/evidences that is subjected under preliminary hearings before an actual charge can be made.
For example, if a White House intern screams "****! The President ****d me!", does this subject the President towards "testing" readily? NO.
Otherwise just about any intern can cry ****!
In Mayweather vs Pacquiao drug testing hoopla, the Mayweathers are accusing Pacquiao of PED, STEROIDS and then some.
• What must a governing body do, such as the Nevada Athletic Sports Commission or even the authorities do?
1. Gather formal accusations
2. Gather proofs and evidence
3. Deliberate whether there is a case or not
And so are there any proofs that Pacquiao "roiding", drugging and then some that meets the grounds of FULL DRUG TESTING?
1. Does his winning ways from the lower weight divisions to the heavier weight division count as a "proof" that he is "roiding", druggin and then some?
NO.
In my opinion, Pacquiao isn't subjected nor he is obligated towards testing because the accusing party cannot come up with proofs/evidence towards charges or even drug testing.
This in itself is a "charge" against the Mayweather forcing the issue while lacking substantial materials to back up their claims. If anything, Pacquiao's counter "charges" against them has more beef.
First of all, Pacquiao never had a documented reason or two of his "drugging". In fact, both Mayweather (Jr) and Pacquiao passed with flying colors in their history according to the Nevada Commission.
What the Mayweathers have are pure speculation based on their fears and nothing more until they can come up with substantial proof/s inorder to bring FULL DRUG TESTING.
That's the way it works in the court system and that's the way it should be in the sport of boxing when a party is accusing the other party.
****Mosley readily accepted drug testing because he have something to prove****
In my honest and humble opinion, until the Mayweather camp can come up with a legitimate reason or proofs that Pacquiao needed to be tested, then they have no right to impose, or rather there are no substantial weight on their "demands".
My 2 cents.Comment

I think that Mosleys idleness for a year and a half at age 38 more than equals Mayweather's
