will wait and see how he does in a rematch before I go THAT FAR, but I do agree with the lack of a Killer Instinct, he has great boxing skills no doubt...but when you have a man hurt you have to jump on him you can't just stop and look at him, he had Pascal hurt with a beautiful shot but he STOPPED

this might end up being a TRILOGY between Pascal and Dawson which is not a bad thing since both of them are still young and that division needs some excitement

but Pascal deserves all the Credit, he fought his ass off so respect to him, I look forward to seeing them fight again real soon

Imagine people giving up on Sugar Ray after losing that first fight to Duran, that is the different between True Boxing fans and you NEW BOXING FANS, you guys are ready to give up on a fighter after one bad performance lol

Dawson is still a beast, Pascal got the win but he wasn't OVERLY IMPRESSIVE nor did a walk away from this fight thinking "IT IS NO WAY DAWSON CAN BEAT THIS GUY"

Great post. I agree 100%. Chad will be back at the top. Give the man a break. He had a bad night. He'll learn and become a better fighter. A loss isn't always a horrible thing.

My words exactly! Pascal was not impressive but he did win fighting scared. Dawson is not a killer by instinct, he needs to be motivated a different way. This fight imbarressed him. If you think Pascal was afraid in this fight wait until the rematch when Chad has a chip on his shoulder like the tarver 2 fight. If bad Chad shows up , Pascal will fall in 10. If chad shows up the same he did last night he might fall in 10. I can't wait for the rematch.

genaro hernandez, corrales, castillo...at the point where dawson is at in his career, floyd had fought and beat all these top guys, all better fighters that jean pascal. stop talkin ****.

He looked bad becuz he is bad. He was overrated. Every single one of his wins were not that great. Glenn JOhnson came close to beating him....like really? he old. And he didnt DOMINATE Tarver. Thats what happens when you fight a prime fighter guys

I'm very disapointed with his performance from last night but i'm still a fan of Dawson. I have faith he'll bounce back from this defeat and come back even stronger. Hopefully he stays busy and goes after Cloud next instead of waiting for that rematch with Pascal.
