I couldn't vote fairly because there's no specified bracket.
ATG to me means top 10.

top 40? I guess there might be space. His best days were under 147. Fighting a lightweight and an inactive 38yr old don't add much to legacy. they're just "names".

but his days at 140 and under were pretty damn good.

Floyd is lop sided. His defence is giving too much interest and his punch output is not up to scratch. When Pac throws 1000 punches and i dont even know what Floyds is? Not a respectable figure thats for sure. if you dont take risks in a fight you wont get hit much as well. He is a careful matchmaker, and hes the same in the ring as well.

So Floyd is cornering a certain market of boxer and wants to be known historically as someone who was somewhat of a defence merchant and specialist.
whats youre take on willie pep?

He throws 3 less punches than the WW average per round, and lands far more(And more accurately) than anyone else in the sport.

So offense is just throwing punches, but not actually landing anything now?

I'll say at least you've been consistent with your criticism of Mayweather, even before the whole Mayweather-Pacquiao potential fight blew up

But if you throw 1000 punches you are putting yourself in the position to be countered and landed on.

If like Floyd you only throw 300 punches, you are being overly negative. The ref might stop the fight because PBF isnt throwing back. Dirrell vs Froch comes to mind. And Dirrell is like Floyd come to think of it.

I would say Mayweather is one of the best technical boxers of all time and I would bet on him to beat anybody P4P from 130-154 in a 12 round fight. He's the GOAT at 130 imo, nobody from any era can beat him at 130 just like RJJ was unbeatable at 168. And Mayweather's a very smart boxer in the ring, probably one of the smartest boxers in the history of the sport.
