ROFL, yes nice terms 'overly negative' - negative of what exactly? Yeah, Mayweather's style is 'overly negative' yet he manages to dominate so many of his opponents? You act like his the Clottey in the Pacquiao fight. Fact is, he remains the most accurate boxer in connect percentage in boxing? So I don't know what you're trying to get at? Your criticism is that he doesn't throw much, yet he manages to LAND more than his opponents whilst they double his punch output. Because of Floyds mentality of not caring if he entertains the crowd unlike his opponents. They may throw punches at Floyd because they feel they have to even if its not in their best interests at the time. Just like awkward silences some people dont like, so they talk for the sake of talking. People may throw punches at floyd because they fear the crowd are getting bored, but Floyd dont have that concern because he dont care about the crowd. If you see what im getting at.

FLoyd can be that negative because he is fighting in his own country and never taken out of his comfort zone. So no, he is not an ATG for many reasons, and by ATG i mean top 20 fighter.

Look at dirrell vs froch. Dirrell was that negative in somonees country and look what happens.

In all honesty, anyone who doesn't think Floyd Mayweather is an ATG just needs to stop hating on him to that level. You can not like him, you can not find him entertaining in the ring, you can disagree over whether he has ducked fighters or not, and I fall in those three categories to an extent, but damn it sometimes you should just sit back and appreciate the talent and skill the guy has.

Yes Floyd Mayweather is an ATG, we are all lucky to have seen someone of his caliber fight, and despite your love or hate there is simply no denying that.

You probably hate Calderon too, cause he's fight are truly boring in your assesment. I can tell you're not the type of fan that appreciate good boxing teqnuiqe, you just like to see two guys stand in the middle of the ring and throw punches and hopefully one will get lucky, well I do too. But I would rather see a boxer dominate 10 rounds out boxing his opponent, because I know that takes skill, not luck, ANYBODY IN BOXING CAN GET A KNOCKOUT, NOT EVERYBODY CAN OUTBOX 8-10 ROUNDS.

Only casual boxing fans and Mexicans don't like true boxing skills, when I watch Ivan Calderon fight, people around me are saying "this is boring", while i'm saying "OMG, you can't duplicate this". When you hear boooos in the crowd, those are called casual fans, the ones who just sit there and watch the fight, they're true boxing fans.

Is PBF an ATG? I would yes, you can't compare him to another era, he's the best in his era, I like his skills. I don't like his nonsense outside the ring, but i'm not a groupie so I don't really care for what a boxer does outside the ring, unless they hurt somebody.

He weighted a loong time to fight MOsley (he beat him still). When people want him to face Manny PAc he decided not to fight anyone for a while. I assume he is waiting for the PAC- Margie fight to study PAc more and find some flaws.

I mean look a those results from the poll. By now he should had %90 to %100 of voters to favor him. He talks about money $$ but you know how much money he loss just by not fighting some fighters that to make it worst he called them easy fights.

No boxer would ever get 90% to 100% on any poll here, be realistic, including PAC. How could someone with a brain make that comment?
