Probably. But he'd still be Khan's best win by a mile.

      It works for Bob Arum.

Khan is over hyped …just like Daniel Jacobs was. Always avoiding competition and wanting all the advantages to look good. I can’t wait for Maidana to knock this fool out cold!

beating on old guys is not going to make you a big star in the US, doing that actually raises more questions about you

he and GBP are trying to Microwave their way to Stardom, Khan is not big in the US yet but for some reason he thinks he is already on Pacman and Mayweather level or something, you want respect in the US you have to actually beat US fighters, guys like Alexander and Bradley, that is what will get you respect in the US, he actually risk losing even more respect by beating and SMALLER and OLDER guy like JMM especially since JMM is well respected by most

but Khan already admitted his plan in a interview about how he will go after guys on the downside of their careers so don't expect him to fight any of the young guys at 140 anytime soon

it's crazy that the WBA is letting a fighter avoid his mandatory at all cost. I guess there happy to be collecting two sanctioning fees from Khan and Interim belt holder Maidana.

The thing is, Maidana's reputation has started to grow out of bounds because of Khan seemingly refusing to fight him. Maidana is really nothing more than a powerful, determined puncher with decent skills. Khan should beat Maidana, but he won't even fight him which makes me think he doesn't think he can win.

I totally agree. Khan could beat this guy because he is a talented boxer and maidaina is a powerful, but limiter, brawler. But in my mind, he's a *****. Khan needs to prove his self in his own division before calling other fighters up.
