So why did he offer him an immediate rematch that Martinez turned down to fight Pavlik.

BTW Williams offered more money than he made vs. Pavlik.

So how was Williams afraid again?

I'd like to see him rematch Martinez. I like Williams, but I have a feelin Martinez would pull out a decision this time around. Hope they get it signed because the Fall is lookin kinda ****ty.

Just keep in mind Sergio was a late fill in. With a whole camp to prepare for Sergio Paul should win by a wider margin, especially at 160.

PW was in camp, the only thing that changed was him fighting a southpaw, he was at peak condition. Martinez on the other hand wasn't in camp and only had 4 weeks, a full camp would enable better conditioning than he had for their first fight.

Martinez didnt have good conditioning vs. Pavlik. He took rounds off in that fight too. I think that will always be a weakness of his.

Thats a big change. Same thing happened when he was suppose to fight Cinton then Quintana filled in.

Paul stop ducking both of them, and instead of wanting to fight a 5''6 former flyweight, fight these two fighters.....
