Because if you actually read the article...thats what it says. Martinez has indicated he wants the fight and Williams has indicated that he doesnt.

I am not trying to claim white euros are better than blacks because you could definitely bring more and better examples , but how do you explain the examples I gave ? these men did not duck black fighters , well , maybe except of Tiozzo (whom did fight Nate Miller) .
