Using styles to deduce that a slick boxer like Martinez will dismantle a 1-dimensional come forward slugger with zero defence like Kirkland = mine.
Agree to disagree but I know which one i'd put my money on.
we will agree to disagree.

I love Kirkland and cant wait for his comeback but he was never gonna dominate anything, exciting as hell but a touch crude and slightly vulnerable, Conyers had him in trouble and he is a mega bum!

James Kirkland is nothing but a criminal. He had a bright career ahead of him, but instead of dedicating himself to boxing, he threw it all away by committing the crimes he did.
He's a bum as far as I'm concerned. And Martinez schools him anyway. F**k him. I'm tired of pieces of trash with chips on their shoulders like Kirkland being hyped up and given big opportunities, when there are far more deserving fighters out there.

Lets say pre prison Kirkland vs post Jacobs Pirog.
Kirkland comes running out and puts Pirog under immediate pressure, swinging and missing wildly. Pirog stays on the backfoot slipping most of Kirklands shots, replying with counters of his own. There will be a couple of rounds like above. By the third or fourth round, Pirog would have figured Kirkland out. Kirkland comes rushing in swinging wildly and then Pirog catches him with some huge counter shots sending Kirkland to the canvas. Kirkland gets up and continues to fight recklessly. Pirog takes his time and then sends Kirkland back to the canvas with a fight ending punch.

we will agree to disagree.
